Background & Experience
Beth Grimes has over 17 years of public accounting experience and serves as the firm’s Governmental Team Leader. She has taught courses for the Georgia Government Finance Officers Association and the Georgia Society of CPAs including “Monitoring Internal Controls to Prevent/Minimize Fraud.”

Beth has provided instruction and training for BatesCarter and its clients on various topics. Committed to continuous learning and customer-focused initiatives, she developed an online reference guide to assist counties and cities with the implementation of GASB 34, an area in which she has in-depth knowledge.
