Melissa Gramling Tax Technical Director Background and Experience Melissa Gramling joined BatesCarter in July, 2002. Since that time, she has worked on a variety of projects but her main concentration is in the tax area. She is experienced in the preparation of partnership, corporate, fiduciary, gift and individual returns. She also performs tax research and consults on a variety of tax matters.
