Kristi Griffin, C.P.A., Partner

Kristi Griffin joined Bates, Carter & Co. in 2002 and has been a partner since 2008.  She has more than 13 years of experience in public accounting, including a position with a regional accounting firm as well as serving as an accounting manager for a regional bank.  Since joining Bates, Carter & Co., she primarily works with closely-held businesses, non-profit organizations and employee benefit plans.

Through a unique combination of right and left-brain abilities, Kristi combines exceptional communication skills with her attention to detail.  Because of Kristi's people skills, it's only natural that her clients find her easy to talk with, friendly and completely engaged with the success of their business.

While away from the office you will find Kristi spending time with her husband, Chris, and 3-year old twins, Katie and Connor.
