BatesCarter believes an internship is the most effective way to identify prospective employees. Generally we recruit rising senior students who are seeking practical experience to complement their education. We provide an organized rigorous training program for the interns. We believe the information learned during an internship with BatesCarter is priceless.
Our interns gain valuable skills through real world experience. We employ at least one intern at all times. During peak seasons, we may employee as many as four. We provide an organized, rigorous training program for our interns. With guidance from staff, we offer challenging assignments, with the goal to develop a foundation of business professionalism.
